Most of us find asking for help hard. Most of us have imprints or stories within us from when we were younger and possibly feeling rejected when we asked for help, or feeling as if we were a burden. Whatever the reason - it can be so friggen hard! W
Today marks the shortest day and the longest night of the year. This is a perfect time for reflection, coziness, and appreciating the warmth of our loved ones. We spent last night celebrating the Winter Festival at our daughter’s school. Warm
